We are charter partners in the EPA Energy Star Home program. Your new homes efficiency will depend on many of your choices. Iceleyne insulation, LED lighting, tankless hot water heaters, premium windows and other design-decisions have a huge impact on your homes energy footprint.

What warranty is included with my new home?

All of our homes come with a 1 year limited builders warranty, as well as any manufacturers warrantees which are transferred to the buyer.

How are new homes financed?

What if I decide to make changes during construction?

Some changes are not permitted. For changes that are approved by the project manager, a change order detailing the changes, costs and time delays will be prepared and signed by the buyer prior to the change being implemented.

How long is the typical construction process?

Construction time varies with design, complexity, and seasonally. Average build time is 6-7 months, and more detailed custom homes often take up to 12 months.

Do you work with buyer brokers and realtors?

Yes! Your broker is welcome to assist you throughout the process.

Will you repeat home designs in our subdivision?

No! We do not repeat any designs in a subdivision.

What is a spec house?

A spec house is a home that is built on the speculation that a buyer will come along and purchase it after completion.

What is the difference between custom and semi-custom?

Full custom homes are more expensive, but offer the buyer control over every little detail. Semi-custom homes are more cost effective, but offer more limited choices and options during construction.

Are you insured?

We carry an extensive general liability and workers compensation policy.

What licenses does your company and managers hold?

We are registered Home Improvement Contractors, and all of our project managers hold unrestricted Construction Supervisor licenses.

Are you members of a professional associations?

We are members of the National Association of Home Builders and the Builders and Remodeler’s Association of Greater Boston.

Civil Construction

Do you offer retaining wall structural repair and replacement services?

We have been involved in the construction and repair of many retaining walls and failed retaining walls. Our extensive experience allows us to be both confident in our solutiosn, and cost-effective in our pricing.

Do you offer snow removal services?

We do offer commercial snow removal services by request, and on an individual basis – if you have a lot or site that requires contracted snow removal, please email or call us for more information.

My septic system failed and I need to connect to municipal sewer – what is involved?

A sewer service line must be connected from your house to the sewer main in the street. This is a very common job, and we would be happy to assist in the excavation and installation of your sewer or water service.

I have ledge in my yard – what can be done to remove it?

We offer several options for ledge removal, including breaking, hammering, blasting and fracturing. We would be happy to take a look at your site and provide our opinion and estimates.

Do you perform small excavation jobs such as foundations and pools?

Yes! Our site crews can handle everything from foundation layout to excavations, backfilling, underground propane tanks, drainage solutions, pools and more.

Do you do individual water and sewer service connections?
